VillaFilanthi is a brand new, exclusive villa with 4 bedrooms and private poollocated in the sought after area of Bochali, above Zante Town. Within easywalking distance to the village's square (with its excellent tavernas) andproviding the most sensational sea-views, this villa is set to impress. VillaFilanthi sleeps up to 8+1 guests in beautifully finished and air-conditionedinteriors.Inside, thevilla is set over 3 floors. The lower ground floor has a double bedroom (withextra sofa bed), family shower room, as well as a gym room. The main livingarea is located on the ground floor and includes a beautiful, airy fullyequipped kitchen, comfortable lounge as well as family shower room. Finally,the upper floor includes 3 bedrooms (2 doubles, 1 twin) as well as a familybathroom with bathtub with shower over. For the comfort of our guests, thewhole villa is air-conditioned.
