The Elia Stone Villas complex is located in Skala Prinos, Thassos, in a private paradise of 10 acres where the elements of stone and olive dominate. It is only 300 meters from the beach, 2 km from the nearest port of Prinos and 15 km from the port of Limenas.
It consists of four luxuriously designed stone villas, two levels, 92 sq.m., with a private pool each one. Each villa has a double bedroom on the ground floor and an open-space junior suite upstairs each with its own marble bathroom with a shower and accommodates up to 6 guests.
The villas are categorized into two types, Deluxe and Premium. The difference between these two types is that the Deluxe villas have a jacuzzi in the suite, while the Premium villas have a comfortable shaded balcony with a sea view.
All villas provide full privacy, air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a washing machine, fast internet by Starlink, an outdoor barbecue and a private parking with an electric car charger.
