Royal Garden Villas is located in Balíon and features a private pool and mountain views. There is a private entrance at the villa for the convenience of those who stay. The villa provides rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi.
The villa provides guests with a terrace, sea views, a seating area, a flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and an oven, and a private bathroom with shower and a hair dryer. A microwave, a toaster and fridge are also provided, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. At the villa complex, every unit has bed linen and towels.
Guests can take advantage of the warm weather with the propertys barbecue facilities.

A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
The use of the pool heating system (which is available only in the 2-bedroom Villas) will cost additional 30€ per day and it needs to be paid in cash at your arrival, directly to the owner (please note that the pool heating can be used upon advance request for the entire stay and it requires at least one week advance notice).
