In the property apart
from the nice grassy and blooming garden and the oak trees there is an outdoor
shower, a barbeque area and a communal launderette place. Bed linens, towels,
Wi-Fi, air conditioning, flat screen TV are provided, while parking space is
available on the road outside of the property.Pets are
not allowed .
Next to Erikousa Villas
there is bakery, the one and
only bakery - cafe shop on the island called 'Il forno di marlera'
which offers fresh bread every day, snacks, pastries as well as homemade pizza.
20m far is tavern for fresh dishes of fish and mini
market for basic supplies. The distance from the beach is 100m.
Erikousa Island is an
unspoiled heaven for short vacations or long breaks from everyday life chores
that will never be enough. Erikousa Villas are waiting for you to explore the
magnificent sandy beaches, the wild nature and unique experiences on the
island.

The owners will welcome you on your arrival
and will be on your disposal for anything you need. The family is taking care
of the cleanliness, maintenance and of hygienic conditions. Cleaning service
every 3 days, the cleaning time by prior arrangement.
Customers are kindly requested to take care of
the place and be responsible for any damage caused in the property during their
stay. Kids should be under observation of their parents in all indoor or
outdoor areas.
