Built in 2012, the hotel is centrally located in Skiathos Town on a side road behind the primary school. Here is only 1km from the airport, approximately 70m from the new harbor and 50m from the local bus terminal. A supermarket can be found 300m from the apartments and the nearest beach, Megali Ammos (town beach) is 1.5km, where you will find sunbeds and umbrellas for hire, a selection of water sports for hire and a few tavernas and snack bars. The hotel consists of 21 modern studios. It has an outdoor swimming pool with a small children's area and decked area with sunbeds and umbrellas.
