The Sun beach resort is a magnificent 4* hotel located in the popular resort of Ialyssos (Trianta area), just a few kilometres away from Rhodes town and its’ International airport (10 minutes drive on either side). The resort consists of 2 renovated buildings, one situated right on the sandy and shingle beach of Ialyssos with the second one just 30 meters away, surrounded by 35000 sqm of land with stunning gardens stretching all the way down to the sea. The Sun Beach Resort consists of 27 standard guestrooms, 20 superior guestrooms, 18 family rooms, 88 studios, 40 superior studios and 112 suite Apartments (3 suitable for the less mobile), all of which renovated and comfortably furnished with a balcony, a private bath/shower combination, safe deposit box, hairdryer, telephone, Internet access (chargeable extra), satellite TV, radios and air-conditioning in operation from 01/06-30/09. Studios and apartments are equipped with kitchenettes featuring cooking rings, microwaves, kettles and toasters.

The hotel also features an extensive program for children (with enhanced safety measures) including dedicated Kids Suits equipped with Sony play station games, a mini club and playground as well as entertainment for both adults and children of all ages.
