ULTRA All INCLUSIVE

The hotel is located just footsteps away from the magnificent long sandy / pebble beach of Ixia. A private underground passage facilitates the access from the main pool to the beach.

The resort covers an area of 42.000 sq.meters with 2 Gigantic swimming Pools, the main pool & the "lazy river" among its beautiful gardens and its palm trees.

The Main Pool near the Jolly Chef Center has a maximum length of 42 meters and a maximum width of 18 meters. The second "snail shape" pool has the dimensions of 21X17. The maximum depth of both pool is approximately 1,45 meters. The "lazy river" pool has a length of about 30 meters, a depth of 1,45m and runs directly into the main pool. All pools are fresh water pools.

Most of the hotel, approximately 75% has accommodation either overlooking the sea or with side sea view of the Ialysos Gulf.

The resort has a strategic location and in very close proximity of Ixia's main touristic attractions. It is only a 5-minute drive to the city of Rhodes (4km), 12 km from Diagoras International Airport, a 5-minutedrive to Rhodes General Hospital and a short distance to all local & historical attractions of Rhodes.

This elegant 9-floor resort of tri-arc design, reflects the Greek influence with its warm colors, sumptuous woods decorative items and fine amenities.

All rooms have air conditioning & heating, telephone line, satellite TV 43'', high speed Wi- Fi 350mbps, fully stocked mini bar, safe deposit box,balcony, bathroom amenities including slippers, full size hairdryer & scale.

Our SPA CENTER (operated by Third Party "Aegeo Spa"). Our amazing spa complex spread across 1200 sq. Meters satisfies our guest's needs for relaxations, wellbeing & rejuvenation.

Our Spa includes sauna & steam bath, Greco Roman bath, indoor heated swimming pool (length 20m x 9m windth x 1,2 m depth, which will remain closed due to Covid-19 health guidlines) fitness room, 8 massage rooms (singles & couples massage) hairdresser, manicure-pedicure and various beauty treatments for body & face.

-EPICURUS RESTAURANT (Main dining Room). Features Greek and international cuisine buffet style & show cooking available. Serving draught beer, bottled wine, filter coffee, tea, soft drinks and juices.

Dinner from 18:30 - 22:00

-EXPRESS RESTAURANT (all night dining). Open from 22:00- 06:30 in the morning. Serving salads appetizers, fruits, desserts, cheeses hot and cold meals buffet style, as well as draught beer, bottled wine , soft drinks juices, filter coffee, tea and mineral water.

-JOLLY CHEF Restaurant (near main pool). Open from 10:00-24:00. Serving snacks and meat bites, desserts and fruits all day. Lunch show cooking style from 12:00-16:00. A dessert bufffet + Crepes are featured from 22:00-24:00

Type of service: Menu Degustation (tasting menus) with table service. Tasting menu showcasing a variety of dishes served at the table in small portions.

All thematic restaurants serve bottled wine, soft drinks and juices.

First seating 19:00-20:15 & Second seating 20:15-21:30 both with a maximum 60 persons' capacity. A reservation is required at least a day in advance for all thematic restaurants. Bookings can be made at Reception on first come first serve basis.

BARS:

-The JOLLY BARTENDER (by the main Pool). open from10:00-24:00. offering standard International alcoholic beverages, bottled wine, draught beer, soft drinks, juices and mixed exotic cocktails.

-H2 BAR (by the snail pool). Open from10:00-24:00. Offering International alcoholic beverages, draught beer bottled wine, soft drinks, juices and mixed exotic cocktails.

-MAIN BAR open from 10:00-01:00. Offering standard International alcoholic beverages, mixed exotic coctails, bottled wine, draught beer, soft drinks, juices, filter coffee, tea, cappucino & espresso.

-ESPRESSO LOBBY BAR open from 10:00-24:00. Offering a variety of selected local wine, sparkling wine, draught beer, filter coffee, tea, cappuccino, espresso, juices and soft drinks. Buffet style appetizers and desserts from 11:00 until 24:00.

-BEACH BAR. Open from 10:00-18:00. Offering non-alcoholic beverages such as juices, soft drinks,mineral water and coffee.

Remark: Some of the facilities might not be open at the beginning and at the end of the season, weather permitted.

ENTERTAINMENT:

• Once a week Greek evening with live band and folkloric dancers.
• Live shows every night such as Cabaret dance shows,Tribute bands, Magic Shows, Acrobatics etc.
• Live music 4 times a week (Latin, Rock night, 60s - 70s, Music Quartet & Saxophone) in the OLIVER'S Pool Bar area
• Midday entertainment with live performances such as singing, dancing etc.

Our Ultra all inclusive Formula includes the following:

• Food & drinks 24 hours a day in one of our 8 Restaurant and 5 Bars
