A gated private resort offers eight new luxury furnished two-floor villas each of 145 m² for rent. Each villa has its own private separate 1,000 m² garden with fully-grown trees.

The resort offers a common swimming pool ( 8 x 4m ) for guests only from of our 8 villas with sun loungers and parasols. Each villa has its own patio and pergola in the garden where there is a grill and secondary outdoor seating for summer barbecues (photo). Barbecue does not include charcoal, which can be purchased on site at a local shop or at a gas station.

Payment & Cancellation Policies

• You will be charged a prepayment of 50% of the reservation price at the time of booking. The remaining balance of the reservation, will be charged 30 days ahead of arrival
• Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival. If you cancel after the free cancellation period ends, the cancellation fee will be 100% of the accommodation price
•  If the reservation is made less than 30 days in advance, the Price in full is to be paid at once

The Security Deposit of 400 EUR will secure any legitimate financial claims of the Accommodation Provider, to cover any damage of the Accommodation Provider's property, damage to the Villa and the Resort's equipment, loss or theft of the entrance door key or alarm control, debts, etc. The deposit can be paid by card or in cash
